After being given the mysterious, bright red seeds from the rugged peddler, you were told three things:

Find a forest far away from the reaches of town, find a place where herbs of witchcraft once thrived and flourished, and be sure to defend it from the darkness that calls to it.

When you find an abandoned garden fenced off in the middle of the woodlands, you thought it'd be the end of their little folktale. Until the silence of the night was consumed by unsettling bellows and screams.

The tree is thriving. The tree is causing the once-peaceful forest disarray, and its inhabitants want nothing but to tear it down limb from limb.

... But you can't let it happen, can you? You can't fight them yourself, but fighting fire with fire can't hurt, right?
